
William Carslake specialises in the Bach Passions. His recent solo performances include Bach, St John Passion for the London Mozart Players (Pilatus and arias) and Henley Choral Society (Christus) and Handel, Messiah at the St Jude’s Festival, London. He has also given concert performances of 18th century operas with the Cannons Scholars in St Paul's, Covent Garden. He has an additional interest in singing for dance companies.
William Carslake (31) studied singing at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama with Peter Alexander Wilson. Previously he was organ scholar at Cambridge University where he learned with David Lowe and sang in the University Chamber Choir. He also sang in King's College Chapel choir for a term.
